
AC Full is designed so that any professional can reach their Ideal Competitive State and become a Corporate Athlete over an intensive two day training course / 20 hours.
Our programme pushes individuals and organisations to reach a high degree of effectiveness, resulting in greater success. Its aim is to help the professional reach the desired levels of energy, health, vitality, stamina, balance, resilience and productivity. It offers the knowledge necessary to achieve it and helps to personalise it.
You will learn to manage, balance and improve every one of the habits and routines that contribute to your good health. These are essential for high level performance and for reaching your Ideal Competitive State. In this way you’ll enjoy the absence of long-term tension, better mental dexterity, good humour and optimism. You’ll feel revitalised throughout the day and with enough energy to both manage your workload and live your personal life (family, exercise, friends, study…)
Participants work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts who share a passion for boosting performance and maximising energy. Our specialist areas include: Psychology, Medicine, Nutrition, Sport and Professional Coaching, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Planning and Innovative Talent Management.
We understand well the pressures and demands that different categories of professionals work under (Board of Directors, Management Teams, Doctors, Lawyers, Architects, Engineers, Special Forces etc). We focus on changes in habits and behaviour and can dovetail with any existing corporate training initiative in order to boost efficiency, health and well-being.

Our AC FULL InCompany training program can be organized for any type of company and/or organization with a minimum of 12 professionals (maximum of 25 professionals). The program can be organized in facilities of the company/organization, or we can provide facilities that cover all the needs related to delivering a high-end quality program.

We’ll evaluate how you use your energy in each of the four pillars and how others perceive your use (people close to you at work or home).
EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL STATE
The analysis of anthropometric data allows us to measure your nutritional state and muscular potential. This is useful in determining your energy requirements.
BLOOD ANALYSIS
The examination of different parameters that could predict your state of health and/or potential health risks.
ACTION PLAN: IDEAL COMPETITIVE STATE
A personalised strategy and far-reaching, motivational action plan that brings together the necessary skills and habits to reach your Ideal Competitive State.

Our results
Currently there are more deaths in the world from cancer or cardiovascular illnesses than from traffic accidents. These are illnesses whose frequency increases with an unhealthy diet or lack of exercise.
