
The Corporate Athlete AC Peak Training is designed for the key people in an organisation. It allows them to be introduced to the strategies for becoming a Corporate Athlete in an intensive 1 day (8/10 hours).
Both courses offer a trip through all the four pillars of the TETAFIME system of energy optimisation and teach how effective management of each pillar forms the Ideal Competitive State.
They encourage the participant to reflect on their Ideal Competitive State and to set an action plan, and we provide a set of simple, but effective tools. During the program we offer our own nutritional strategies to reinforce the objective: greater energy, stamina, mental performance and an absence of fatigue.
Our programmes are designed to promote the continuation of a high degree of effectiveness in individuals and organisations, in order for them to enjoy greater success. Our aim is to help professionals reach the desired levels of energy, health, vitality, stamina, balance, resilience and productivity. We offer the knowledge necessary to achieve this and help to personalise it.

Our AC PEAK InCompany training program can be organized for any type of company and/or organization with a minimum number of 12 professionals (maximum of 25 professionals). The program can be organized in facilities of the company/organization, or we can provide facilities that cover all the needs related to delivering a high-end quality program.
This program can be organized at the company’s own facilities or at any of our facilities in Naples (Florida, USA), Barcelona (Spain), or Dubai (United Arab Emirates). In any case, we can deliver any of our training programs—AC Full, AC Peak, AC Short, or AC Keynote—anywhere in the world.

CURRENT COMPETITIVE STATE
We’ll evaluate how you use your energy in each of the four pillars and how others perceive your use (people close to you at work or home).
EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL STATE
The analysis of anthropometric data allows us to measure your nutritional state and muscular potential. This is useful in determining your energy requirements.
BLOOD ANALYSIS
The examination of different parameters that could predict your state of health and/or potential health risks.
ACTION PLAN: IDEAL COMPETITIVE STATE
A personalised strategy and far-reaching, motivational action plan that brings together the necessary skills and habits to reach your Ideal Competitive State.
To conduct assessments of the Current Competition State and compare it with the Ideal Competition State, the AC Peak training program must be extended by an additional 2 hours, bringing the total duration to 10 hours.

Technical
Principles to prioritise energy management, increasing productivity and commitment in our professional and personal lives.

Our results
Currently there are more deaths in the world from cancer or cardiovascular illnesses than from traffic accidents. These are illnesses whose frequency increases with an unhealthy diet or lack of exercise.
